Community Support Grant

The Allied Spouses of Geilenkirchen (ASGK) is committed to supporting not only our members but also the wider Tri-Border community. As part of this mission, we offer welfare assistance to private organizations and groups in need.

Our Welfare Committee carefully reviews each request and works with the applicant to determine how ASGK can best provide support.

To request welfare assistance, please complete the application form linked below.

Be sure to include details about your organization, your specific needs, and the scope of your request.
The ASGK Committee will review your submission and contact you with next steps.

We understand that times can be tough, and we’re proud to help our community thrive and grow.

Application Guidelines

  • For private organizations (e.g., Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts), checks will be issued in the name of the organization or troop, not to individuals.

  • A $15 stop payment fee will be deducted from any lost check that requires reissue.

  • Checks are void after 60 days and will not be reissued.

Submission Deadline

  • Requests must be submitted at least 45 days before the event or scheduled payment date.

  • Requests submitted within 45 days may not be approved to allow adequate time for review.

  • Exceptions for extenuating circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
